Multifamily

To meet our customers' needs and recognize the variation in property types, SAVEGREEN^TM offers two multifamily programs designed to identify the most important efficiency projects with a focus on encouraging more comprehensive projects wherever possible.  Both programs provide rich incentives and rebates to reduce initial project costs. 

Customers can take the Multifamily Home Performance with ENERGY STAR route for structures with five or more units.  This program provides tiered incentives not to exceed 50% of the cost of measures used to calculate Total Energy Savings.  In addition, qualified customers are eligible for up to a $1,500 rebate and can borrow up to $2,000 at 0%* APR financing per unit for up to seven years. 

SAVEGREEN has prescriptive rebates and 0%* financing incentives for specific pieces of gas consuming equipment through the Energy Solutions for Business and Multifamily Prescriptive & Custom Program.

For larger, more complex multifamily buildings, the Engineered Solutions Program offers generous incentives and 0%* financing for comprehensive projects that require professional engineering services including ASHRAE level audits, design, construction administration, commissioning, and M&V services.
